The students then launch 'Dangerous Dan' down the slide and across the road to the local off licence to pay for some goods. The film was shot in Shoreditch in London.

After the initial marketing thrown around the phrase "viral video" as a noun, a year ago, I laughed aloud. Who should decide if a video goes viral? I could not understand how the phrase had found its way alongside the unit as a "banner" and "pre-roll" on the media planning checklist, as to create a hit video on YouTube was as easy as creating an Eyeblaster Yahoo unit.

Today, I am not so ready to laugh. With time, money and the right strategy, virtually any video can get click rates, which could be described as viral. In recent years, a number of seeding and syndication options have proven to make it easier for a video or a series of videos to go viral.

Organic seeds

Although still the largest network of video, YouTube has much more competition than it did a year ago. This means that there are some 'more audience advertisers can find, assess and engage. An overall plan for seeding is about to find that society adapts so well with your brand, and then upload the video through these many networks.

Remember: Even though upload video networks is free, construction of a workforce plan is seeding a lot of work. Advertisers must be at least as intelligent as the star of YouTube.
